To create an outdoor event and festival as part of Limerick City of Culture.

To bring the most exciting brand activations to a high-footfall event; offering our own platform to brand working with us to communicate to their customers.

Working under our brand name Artisan Events, we planned and designed the festival, we sourced and selected the best of artisan food and craft vendors; providing the best Halloween experience on the west coast to thousand festival attendees.

The event took over the cities Arthurs Quay from the 24^th October to the 2^nd November and staged a Halloween Festival, complete with vintage Carnival and giant wheel. Over 30,000 people attended the festival over the 10-day period.
